About the Workplace Pride Foundation
Our Story. Our Mission. Our Impact.
Workplace Pride has spent nearly two decades championing LGBTIQ+ inclusion in workplaces across the Netherlands and around the globe. Our story is one of passion, expertise, and action: empowering organisations, teams, and individuals to create inclusive environments where everyone can thrive.
We combine knowledge, research, and practical tools with personalised support, ensuring that inclusion is not just a policy — it is a culture of inclusion.

2025 Workplace Pride Media Outreach Award Winner -The You & I media campaign
A collaboration between Alliander, ABP, APG, CSC, Signify, and Rituals, amplified authenticity, visibility, and courage. Featuring personal stories from the LGBTQIA+ community and reflections from leadership, the campaign demonstrated that inclusion starts at the top. Reaching up to half a million people, it sparked dialogue, fostered belonging, and showcased the transformative power of storytelling in the workplace.
